My First Ride

The weather was perfect today for a ride so I took the half of the day off from work. My sister and I went out to the “Swell Cure for Cabin Fever” trail. I only went 12 miles on the trail and then returned the same way.

The trail started off really easy.

The trail got rougher at the start of Little Holes Wash. It had a rough hill climb and the trail was full of rocks.

It wasn’t too bad there were some good spots to get a little speed. There was a little bit of mud in the shady spots. There was also some great views down into the canyon and the overlook we turned around at, we could see the buckhorn wash road and a small cave across the canyon.

When we were almost done the wind really started blowing. It was a little cold. The trail was fun and great test trail to find any flaws with my four wheeler. My ‘87 two wheel drive atv did very well on this trail. It is rated more difficult according to my map.
